Certified Pre-Owned Canister Desiccant Feeder
Omega has a great, time-sensitive opportunity for customers to own a certified, pre-owned Canister Desiccant Feeder now onsite at Omega’s facility.
This variable speed, fully automatic Canister Desiccant Feeder is constructed with stainless steel on a mobile frame. There is a 1.5-foot diameter Sorter Assembly that transfers canisters (desiccants or oxygen absorbers) through a flexible chute to a Shuttle Assembly for dispensing into bottles. A belt assembly positions the bottles underneath the dispenser, while sensors provide canister Drop Verification. This model CDFS can dispense one or multiple canisters per bottle and can accommodate most canister sizes and suppliers. This CDFS also features and Allen Bradley PLC and HMI.
This machine is currently rated at 120 VAC, 1 Phase, 60 Hertz and requires air (80 psig at 9 SCFM).
This machine can be further configured to meet customer specifications and qualifies for an expedited lead time. For peace of mind, all certified pre-owned machines are covered by Omega’s full-factory warranty for one year.
