Bottle Depucker

Omega's Bottle Depucker

Overview

The rotary style Depucker uses patented rotary pockets to remove containers from pucks and place them onto a conveyor for downstream operations. This machine includes a re-circulating puck conveyor.

The Depucker also features the capability of orienting the container 180 degrees after removal from puck, which is used for tottle style bottles.

In addition, the machine is equipped with infeed conveyor with a helix screw to 1) provide timing into the rotary pockets and 2) control line pressures.

The individual rotary pockets gently cradle containers as the puck is removed and re-circulated. Minimal point-to-point pocket contact with the containers insures positive handling and protection for container finishes that are pre-labeled or pre-printed.
