Featured Machine: Omega's In-Line Shrinkbundler (ILB) With Advanced Motion Control Technology
Allows for Optimum Container Handling, Speed Control, and Maximum Efficiency
Released in June 2004.
A nice, neat bundle and performance you can rely on, are two important reasons why the packaging industry relies on Omega Design In-Line Shrinkbundlers. This new In-Line Shrinkbundler operates up to speeds in excess of 350 cpm depending upon package configurations. Container flow is uninterrupted and continuous. In-line design lends itself to being easily integrated into most line layout configurations.
Ideally suited for Pharmaceutical and Personal Heath Care Industry, the equipment is readily accessible and visibly open for ease of changeover and maintenance. The system incorporates a modified "fall through" container/carton design.
Among the Shrinkbundler's features are servo-operated lane divider for precise control and delivery of product into lanes; no tool changeover coupled with hand wheel adjustments with numerical reference points to insure repetitive changeover. The on-board Allen Bradley PLC, with programmed changeovers, is accessible through the A/B color touch screen operator interface terminal.
Validation support documents are also offered and available to assist end user in developing company specific validation package.
