This compact "Classic" Shrinkbundler collates, unitizes, wraps and safeguards a wide array of packaging products. With user friendly design and state-of-the-art electronics, this highly versatile bundling system automatically collates and packages containers or cartons into a unitized bundle which is protected against label marring. Clear polyethylene film wrapped package provides instant product identification.

Standard features include: compact design, welded plate construction, machined seal bar, variable machine speed, powered film unwind system, SCR controlled infeed conveyor, microprocessor based temperature controller and PLC controls. Other standard features include "Steel-It" paint, safety detection devices, clear vivak barrier guarding, electrically interlocked for operator safety and Omega designed heat tunnel with package cooling fan system.
Optional features include: Interchangeable components for single to multiple lane operation, stainless steel frame construction, film perforation (vertical or horizontal), operator interface terminal for product menu, machine status and fault displays. Other options include: Centralized cluster lubrication, various infeed and discharge configurations and special control packages.
