Model ERP from Omega Design is an economical answer for packagers requiring gentle rotary pocket unscrambling. The Model ERP handles a wide array of container shapes and sizes at speed from 20 to 250 cpm.
The system's patented rotary pockets provide reliable and gentle container handling . This efficient, dependable and precise unscrambler also features Flow-Trac elevator with floor level hopper, clear full panel electrically interlocked guards, fully automatic operation and fully wired 120 volt, 60 cycle, 1 phase (NEMA 12). The ERP can be easily integrated into existing production lines.
Optional features include: tooless changeover, integral ionized air rinser with vacuum exhaust, PLC logic control, discharge conveyor, stainless steel frame construction and low level hopper detection. Other options are the capability to integrate with non-contact coder and readout calibrated in containers per minute.
The Model ERP is a practical and reliable system for unscrambling food, pharmaceutical, personal care, liquor and specialty chemical product packaging.
