The Omega-Pak offers automated case packaging of bundled and/or individual products designed to meet Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical and Personal Health Care requirements.

   Integrated with a case erector, bottom case taper and top case taper, the system has a compact machine design available in various product flow configurations. This flexibility allows ease of placement into most existing and new packaging line layouts. The system features state-of-the-art electronics, servo motion controls, vacuum pickup and

placement assembly, programmed changeovers, robust frame construction. Speeds range from 5-20 cases per minute.

Also available with hot melt adhesive systems, stainless steel construction, ability to accommodate both bundled and individual products, and mechanical pick and place assembly in lieu of vacuum.
