The Omega Model CDFR, Servo operated Canister Desiccant Feeder is the latest generation of high-speed desiccant feeders.

   The patented dispensing wheel combined with rotary, servo driven operations, optimizes and provides positive placement of desiccants at speeds in excess of 400 cpm. The system is developed to accommodate single to multiple desiccant drops per container utilizing typical
1-gram, 2-gram, and 3-gram canisters.

   Featured with "no container change parts"
the system can be changed over in minutes.

   The unit operates on 120 volt, 60, 1 phase and
is controlled by an Allen Bradley Micrologics 1500 PLC which is interfaced to an Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 600, Color

   Other standard features include: floor level canister storage/feed hopper with elevator, stainless steel frame construction, FDA approved plastic contact parts, easy to use vertical and horizontal adjustments featured with numerical counters for ease of reference and consistent changeovers, container position and desiccant drop verification incorporated with reject station, reject bin and reject sensor, and 3-light beacon tower displaying machine mode of operation.
