Designed to operate at speeds upward of 300 containers per minute, for containers ranging in size from fractional ounce to 32 ounces. Available in several frame sizes and platform configurations.

   Containers are timed into infeed starwheels via a helix. Containers are positioned and scanned on platforms that on command can rotate 180°. Mechanically cam operated overhead supports positively keep containers stable during orientation.

   Dependent on application and sophistication required, container sensing can range from the simplest of photo-electric sensors to high definition camera systems.

   Model PHO is featured with A/B PLC and color HMI as well as robust tubular frame construction.

   Also offered in a rotary design is secondary orientation of square containers that require 90 degree, 180 degree or 270 degree rotation.
