   The Model PDF is a fully automatic dispensing system to accommodate the feeding and placement of pouch desiccants into pharmaceutical type containers and/or diagnostic kits. Available as an independent, free-standing system or can be integrated into existing or new Omega container unscramblers.

   No tool changeover coupled with motorized vertical and horizontal adjustments of the pouch dispensing head, with numerical indicators for reference, insures positive and repetitive changeovers in less than 2 minutes. Pouch verification and reject station insures a high level of performance and efficiency. Controls provided through PLC with color touch screen operator interface terminal. Stainless steel construction, casters for mobility are just a few added features.

   The system operates at speeds from 25 to 300+ containers per minute.
