Rotary style machine designed to remove containers from pucks and place onto conveyor for down line operations. Includes re-circulating puck conveyor.

   The Omega RPD is also featured with and designed into each system the capability of orienting the container 180 degrees after removal from puck. Utilized primarily for tottle style bottles.

   In addition, the machine is equipped with infeed conveyor with helix to 1) provide timing into the patented rotary pockets and 2) control line pressures.

   Individual pockets gently cradle the containers as the puck is removed and
re-circulated. Minimal point-to-point pocket contact with the containers insures positive handling and protection for container finishes that are pre-labeled or pre-printed.

   Available in various frame sizes and from 8 to 20 pockets, the machine can operate from 60 to 400 containers per minute.

   Other features include A/B PLC and OIT, robust tubular frame construction, wired 120 volt, 60 cycle, 1 phase.
