Supplied with stainless steel frame construction, 120
volt, 60 cycle, 1 phase. Designed to secondary orientate
asymmetrical or pre-labeled containers so that all containers

Omega-Pak top load RSC Case Packer equipped with
infeed conveyor, pick and place system utilizing Parker-Daedal
gantry style robot, case erector with bottom taper and
DEKKA 2" wide top taper.
Currently
designed to accommodate loose containers, however could
be modified to handle shrinkbundled products.
System is
designed to accept containers single file and to collate
into a pre-determined configuration. While grouped they
will be picked up via vacuum or mechanical grippers
and transferred over and into the pre-erected case.
The case erector can accommodate case sizes ranging
from 6" to 16" long, and 3 to 11 inches wide.
Ideal speed is 6-12 cases per minute.
Frame is
carbon, painted Steel-It, A/B Control Logix PLC, A/B
PanelView Plus 600, HMI multi-axis servo drive, variable
frequency drives, lighted beacon for machine status,
