Inline Bottle Coding

In this video, bottles are being processed through Omega’s LabelSync, which is a code inspection and data management system that syncs a bottle’s unit code with its side label. Prior to inspection, side belts carry each bottle over an inline Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) Printer, which prints a unique 2D code directly onto the bottle.

Laser Coding on an Unscrambler

In this video, bottles are being processed through Omega’s Rotary Pocket Bottle Unscrambler. Bottles are fed into the machine via a hopper. The rotary pockets orient the bottles neck up. A laser mounted beneath the deck prints directly onto the bottle, while the adjacent vision system inspects the code.

CIJ Printing on an Unscrambler

In this video, bottles are being processed through Omega’s Bottle Unscrambler. Bottles are fed into the machine via a hopper. The rotary pockets orient the bottles neck down so they receive an ionized air rinse. An adjustable overhead printer prints a 2D and human readable code onto the bottle. A vision system inspects the bottle and an integrated reject system is available to reject failed reads.
