We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our colleague, Lawrence Ayers on December 25, 2025. Lawrence was an important part of our Omega family, bringing dedication, kindness, and professionalism to every interaction. His contributions and personality will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with his loved ones during this time. We will honor Lawrence’s memory by continuing the work and values he championed.
