YOUR KEY CONTRIBUTIONS
We make an extraordinary variety of packaging automation solutions for the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, personal care, and consumer goods industries. Our products help move essential products safely and efficiently through the supply chain.
As a Project Manager, you will be the customer’s advocate within Omega and defend Omega’s interests to the customer. You’ll leverage your strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You will:
Facilitate information flow between the customer and Omega’s Engineering, Materials, and Production departments.
Use your position of authority to deal with the customer on price, scope, and scheduling issues
Coordinate costs and prices for Change Orders directly with the customer
Hold customer responsible for deliverables such as specifications, samples, payments, etc.
Prepare and provide a project schedule to all participants
Track and communicate due dates and milestones
Conduct and communicate post-project evaluations
Participate in the final quoting process as needed with complex projects
WHERE YOU WILL WORK
As a Project Manager, you will be based out of our headquarters in Exton, Pa. Omega offers its employees hybrid work options (on-site and remote) and flexible work weeks. There could be occasional travel, like to attend an annual tradeshow or to receive some training.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Must have:
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering or technology-related field and 2-5 years of hands-on experience in machinery or project management activities. Master’s degree in Business-related field is a plus.
Ability to understand technical drawings (mechanical drawings, electrical schematics) is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools and software. Proficiency with Solidworks and Autocad is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Leadership qualities and excellent problem-solving ability
Issue resolution and problem solving skills
Ability to assess the requirements of external contractors or partners to advance the project
Ability to coordinate, facilitate, and host customer meetings and visits, live or virtual, including to test and accept the machine
Ability and drive to develop new tools and apply best practices in project management
Ability to oversee or archive project documents, such as pictures, videos, final machine settings, after the project completion.
